Blue, black, silver or gray - the shades of our four main steels are reflected in the damask in the form of stars. The handle is made from a piece of oak whose refining process began in 800 BC in a European riverbed. Our extensive forging experience goes into this knife.

It is forged to a tapered point for optimal handling. The improved Japanese pointed forging technique describes the perfect connection between blade and handle.
