Soundwave Santoku 220 Makassar

This Santoku was forged in our Soundwave pattern. The blade thickness of 2.1 mm at the bolster makes it easy to handle. Every gram counts in a marathon or a cycling race, but weight is also an absolute factor in top gastronomy, where the knife should even exceed the chef's expectations in order to be a good tool. Our grinds are known in the trade as flat grinds with a slightly convex design to increase stability. This ensures a cutting experience with virtually no cutting resistance. In this way, we achieve a light yet large working tool. The macassar wood serves as a handle and adorns the unique Damascus.
